Tai-Chi is a series of slow, gentle, and meditative body movements that help people reduce pain, increase flexibility, improve balance, and cope with stress. Jian-Yang Rong, certified instructor, will be teaching this four-week class (Nov. 7, 14, 21; Dec. 5). This class will be held indoors. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Registration will be limited to the first 20 registrants for each class. Please register on Hendrick Hudson Free Library's website for one, some, or all four classes.
