Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be loud, busy, or performative. This is an intentional, heart-centered evening to soften, release, and reconnect — with yourself, with someone you love, or simply with the feeling of being alive.
What to expect:
Grounding journaling + heart-opening intention setting
Guided relaxation + extended sound bath journey
Crystal singing bowls + chimes + soothing layers of sound
Closing integration + reflection moment
Tea + a rose to take with you

This sound bath is for couples, best friends, and solo attendees — anyone craving calm, warmth, and a reset. We’ll lean into the energy of the waning crescent moon (a powerful time to let go) as we clear out old stress and make space for love in all its forms.
No prior experience with meditation, yoga, or sound healing is needed.

Not at all! Sound baths are accessible to everyone. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are.
3. How long is the event?
The sound bath is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The studio opens at 6:50 pm, and we begin at 7:00 pm.
4. What are the benefits of a sound bath?
Many people experience stress relief, emotional release, improved sleep, greater clarity, and a sense of balance and peace. Each experience is unique and personal.
5. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many people attend solo. This is a safe, welcoming space to connect with yourself and others.
6. Who is leading the sound bath?
Your guide is Kayla, a Level Two Sound Healer, Moon Phase Life Coach, and certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher. She has been offering sound baths for two years and specializes in creating spaces for reflection, healing, and growth.
7. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Think yoga pants, sweats, or anything cozy.
8. Are there any health considerations?
Sound baths are generally safe and accessible for most people. However, they may not be suitable if you:
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have sound-sensitive conditions (such as epilepsy or severe tinnitus)
