A Restorative Sound Bath for Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Release

This sound bath is designed to support nervous system regulation, helping your body shift out of stress mode and into a state of safety, calm, and restoration. You donât need to talk, explain, or process anything â just arrive as you are and allow the sounds to do the work.
Held during the New Moon, this gathering gently supports grounding and renewal, offering a natural energetic reset â but no astrology knowledge is required.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are âbathedâ in healing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other instruments. These sounds help bring the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation, balance, and alignment.2. Do I need to have experience with meditation or yoga to attend?
Not at all! Sound baths are accessible to everyone. No prior experience is necessaryâjust come as you are.3. How long is the event?
The sound bath is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The studio opens at 6:50 pm, and we begin at 7:00 pm.4. What are the benefits of a sound bath?
Many people experience stress relief, emotional release, improved sleep, greater clarity, and a sense of balance and peace. Each experience is unique and personal.5. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many people attend solo. This is a safe, welcoming space to connect with yourself and others.6. Who is leading the sound bath?
Your guide is Kayla, a Level Two Sound Healer, Moon Phase Life Coach, and certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher. She has been offering sound baths for two years and specializes in creating spaces for reflection, healing, and growth.7. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Think yoga pants, sweats, or anything cozy.8. Are there any health considerations?
Sound baths are generally safe and accessible for most people. However, they may not be suitable if you:- Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have sound-sensitive conditions (such as epilepsy or severe tinnitus)
