Chakra Balancing Sound Bath

The chakras are thought of as spinning wheels of energy that align with major organs with each having a different impact on your state of mind, physical body, and spiritual wellness.
Our Chakras are energy centers that represent various physical and emotional aspects of our lives. When these energy centers are in balance, our mind, body, and spirit feel at peace and healthy. This Chakra Balancing Group Sound Healing allows participants to completely let go and receive realignment to their entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration.
Here's where you can place your hands to tune in during the sound bath:
· Root Chakra: at the very base of your spine.
· Sacral Chakra: an inch or two below your belly button.
· Solar Plexus Chakra: two inches above the belly button.
· Heart Chakra: near your heart, center of chest.
· Throat Chakra: located in your throat.
· Third Eye Chakra: between your eyes or eye brows.
· Crown Chakra: top of the head.
As you move through each of these, starting at the root and working your way up to your crown for the full treatment, you may physically feel the frequencies vibrating within your body during the sound bath.
ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

**This is a fee-based event**
$25.00.
Each person will need to sign in once they arrive at the event.
This is a one-hour event. Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave.
Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals.
You’ll want to give yourself enough time to arrive and get set up in the space to not add extra stress to yourself. Allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.
Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use one of ours.
