Realign Your Life Sound Baths

Relaxation is a great way to help with stress management. Relaxation isn't only about peace of mind or enjoying a hobby. It's a process that decreases the stress effects on your mind and body. Relaxation can help you cope with everyday stress. And sound baths can help with long-term stress or stress related to various health problems, such as heart disease and pain.
Whether your stress is spiraling out of control, or you've already got it tamed, you can benefit from a sound bath. Sound baths are often low cost, pose little risk, and can be done nearly anywhere.
Join us by attending a sound bath and get started on de-stressing your life and improving your health and overall well-being.

ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

Each person will need to sign in once they arrive at the event.

1-hour event. Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave.
Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Please dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, which can be placed on top of our cushion.
