Five Valleys Viewpoint via Clear Creek Trail

Try this 5.8-mile out-and-back trail near Carson City, Nevada. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 hours to complete. During the summer, this is a popular trail for hiking, mountain biking, and running, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.

For those of you who might be interested in car pooling up to Five Valley Viewpoint, we'll meet at 7:15 at the Park N Ride on the south side of the Summit Mall. If you are not interested in carpooling, show up at the Park n Ride and we can caravan up the hill. If you have a question on where we are meeting, please send me an message on Meetup.

Bring water and something food for lunch or to snack on.

Dogs need to be on a leash and picked up after. If the dog can demonstrate that it is under total voice control of the owner, then the leash can be removed at the discretion of the trip Organizer.
