Innovation & Leadership Book Club (Aerospace & Defense)
The Innovation & Leadership Book Club is a bi-weekly, in-person professional forum for engineers, managers, and leaders interested in strengthening their leadership and innovation skills within the aerospace and defense environment.
Each session blends curated reading with thoughtful peer discussion and practical application to real workplace challenges. The focus is not on book summaries, but on how ideas translate into teams, programs, systems, and the constraints unique to our industry.
Meetings are structured, engaging, and discussion-driven, with equal emphasis on:

Beyond content, the group intentionally creates space for mentoring, coaching, and professional networking—recognizing that leadership development happens through conversation, reflection, and shared experience.
