Travis Sperr has been investing for 16 years, and claims he has the grey hair to prove it. He has owned Airbnbs, has a portfolio of rentals, has structured deals, completed new construction projects, is actively flipping, has done 1031 exchanges, has several “passive” investments, and has experience with private money... you name it, he's done it. Travis will give a short presentation and then transition into a conversation and answer questions from the group.
