Danilda Polanco is an architect, general contractor, designer, entrepreneur, and luxury residential real estate investor based in Denver, Colorado. She is the founder and principal of DOPE Architecture, a woman-owned design-build firm specializing in high-end residential architecture, renovations, interiors, and construction throughout some of Denver’s most distinguished neighborhoods.
Known for bridging architecture, design, and construction under one vision, Danilda brings a highly intentional and hands-on approach to creating homes that feel elevated, timeless, and deeply personal. Her work combines thoughtful architectural planning, sophisticated interiors, and the practical knowledge of how homes are actually built.
Beyond her work with clients, Danilda and her husband, Scott Streeb, a landscape architect and CFO of DOPE Architecture, are also investors in luxury residential real estate. Together, they identify properties with strong potential and use their combined expertise in architecture, construction, interiors, landscape, and investment strategy to reimagine and reposition homes within the luxury market.
Originally from Nagua, Dominican Republic, Danilda’s journey has shaped both her ambition and her perspective as a Latina and woman working in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry. She has built DOPE Architecture around the belief that great design is not simply about creating beautiful spaces. It is about understanding how people live, recognizing potential others may overlook, and executing a vision from the first sketch through the final detail.
Today, Danilda continues to grow DOPE Architecture while expanding her work in luxury residential development and investment alongside Scott, bringing together design, construction, business, and real estate under one creative vision.
Scott Streeb is a landscape architect, design leader, entrepreneur, and luxury residential real estate investor whose career spans nearly two decades of nationally recognized work in landscape architecture and public realm design.
Since joining Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA) in 2006, Scott has become known for creating spaces that activate the imagination and encourage interaction across age, background, and ability. His work ranges from large-scale public projects to intimate gardens, with particular expertise in schematic and conceptual design. His research and design interests explore the relationship between play, public space, and social resilience.
Beyond his landscape architecture practice, Scott is a savvy acquisition strategist and luxury residential real estate investor. He has developed a strong ability to identify properties with unrealized potential, assess opportunities from both a financial and design perspective, and recognize where strategic improvements can create significant long-term value.
Together with his wife, architect, general contractor, and designer Danilda Polanco, Scott invests in and transforms luxury residential properties. Their complementary expertise allows them to evaluate a property from acquisition through architecture, construction, interiors, landscape, market positioning, and eventual disposition.
Scott also serves as CFO of DOPE Architecture, where his financial acumen, landscape architecture expertise, and investment perspective complement the firm’s integrated design-build approach. His ability to move between sophisticated design thinking and disciplined investment strategy gives him a distinctive perspective on the creation and acquisition of exceptional residential properties.
