Warmup - 1 mile followed by dynamic drills
Workout - 8 x 600 at 5k /200 rec
Advanced runners consider 10 x 600
As always, adjust paces and number of intervals as needed, especially in this summer weather
Cooldown - 1 mile
Bring water, watch for cars and stay to the side of the street
