I usually arrange sessions for the first Saturday of each month. I am experiencing the classic end-of-year sleepiness, and so this session is scheduled for the end of January (Saturday, 24 January). I really hope you can join me.

Autism Expressed Women's Group is a peer-led shared experience group.

Topic: Our Experience of Belonging.

  1. What does ‘belonging’ mean to you?
  2. Is ‘belonging’ something you want in your life?
  3. What are your experiences of ‘belonging’?
  4. What are your experiences of ‘not belonging’? (or perhaps partially belonging)
  5. What factors indicate you don’t belong?
  6. Have you ever gone from not belonging somewhere to belonging? What happened? Did you take any steps to make it happen?
  7. Realising you don’t belong somewhere, or with someone, what do you do?
  8. Are there any resources, tools, or strategies that have helped you manage your experiences of ‘belonging’ or ‘not-belonging’?
  9. Anything else to share?

Inclusivity
Clinically diagnosed, self-realised, and questioning are most welcome.

All members of marginalised genders, including non-binary individuals, male-to-female trans individuals, and female-to-male trans individuals, are welcome.

Disclosure of gender identity is welcome but never mandatory.
