SAGE is a social peer group for Autistic Adults to meet and socialise with other Autistic Adults. SAGE is run by Autistic Volunteers to provide a safe and inclusive community for Autistic Adults in Perth. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join, self diagnosed and Adults exploring a diagnosis are welcome also.
SAGE values acceptance, respect, community, and peer to peer validation. We believe in looking for the similarities, not the differences, while valuing diversity. We aim to set a safe, casual social space for people to relate to others, grow socially and have some fun 🙂
SAGE is independent and non-political. We are non-professional and volunteer run, the focus of our events is to improve the social well-being of those on the spectrum who are seeking understanding and community.
We are part autistic support group, part autistic social group, and all community.
