## **The Matriarch Within: Returning to the Body, Harvesting Your Inner Wisdom**

Join me, Natalia Hornostay, for a grounding journey into the wisdom of the Earth element — a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and harvest the lessons of your inner seasons.
After studying at the Institute of Arts in Barcelona and dedicating over 11 years to ballroom dance, my path has evolved through movement education and somatic exploration. Today, as a certified Light Leader Coach, I guide others to recalibrate their energy, return to their essence, and transmute their pain into something nurturing and alive.

This workshop is both a ritual and a practice — an invitation to come home to yourself. Through gentle movement, breath, embodiment, and guided intention setting, we’ll explore the two sacred phases of the Earth element:
🌕 Part I – Harvest
A moment to honor what has grown within you — your experiences, your challenges, your inner work. You’ll be guided through reflective journaling and embodied rituals that help you gather the fruits of your journey and recognize the wisdom already living in your body.
🌑 Part II – Integration
We’ll root into grounding movement and somatic practices that allow your energy to settle, digest, and stabilize. This part is about embodying what you’ve learned, reclaiming stillness, and feeling safe in your own skin.
✨ What to bring: • A journal 🪶 for reflection and intention setting • Comfortable clothes for free, grounded movement • Your ritual element — something meaningful to you (a stone, necklace, or favorite scarf) to anchor your intention
You’ll leave with a sense of clarity, calm, and embodied self-trust, connected to your inner matriarch — the nurturing force that knows how to hold, heal, and harmonize.
