🎶 Each month features a new jazz style—from bebop to swing, straight-ahead to free jazz—curated in partnership with the Jazz Club of Sarasota.

This month featuring: The Barker Project Holiday Show🎄❄️
Celebrate the Holidays with Seasonal favorites by The Barker Project – a Sarasota-based fusion band under the musical direction of Johnnie Barker. Since studying at Berklee College of Music, locally renowned Tampa Bay area bassist, Johnnie has assembled an array of his talented friends and colleagues that include musicians from all around the nation. With their roots in Jazz, they blend Funk, Rock, Blues, & Gospel into what makes the musical gumbo that makes the sound of The Barker Project. Their creative interpretations of well-known songs, as well as their original music, are a thrill for audiences throughout the region.

• Live Jazz on the Plaza
  🎺 From 5:30–8:00 pm, enjoy a soulful performance by our Featured Band on the Marcy & Michael Klein Plaza.
• Bistro Delights
  🍷 Bistro opens at 5:00 pm with a special evening menu, plus beer, wine, and cocktails available at our cashless bars.
• Gallery Nights
  🖼️ Explore the exhibitions with extended gallery hours until 7:00 pm.
• Treasure Hunt in SHOP
  🛍️ Browse unique finds all evening long—and don’t forget your member discount!

• Non-Members: Send payment via one of the listed methods. Be sure to include the event name and date in your note.

### 🚫 No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Refunds are typically available if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, we will only issue a refund if we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist.
To help us do that:

• Update your RSVP as soon as possible.
• Leave a comment if you've already paid and need to cancel or change your RSVP.

This helps us manage attendance and gives others a chance to join.

• Check-In begins at 4:30 PM outside the main gates. Let me know who can help get there early to snag seats. Bring sweaters and bags to claim the chairs.
• 🚫 No early entry and no personal chairs allowed.
• 🍴 Food & drinks available for purchase at the Bistro and bars until at least 7/7:30pm - through the intermission.
• 🚫 No outside food or beverages.

Please be courteous to fellow attendees:

• ✅ If your plans change, pls be respectful and update your RSVP. We will be saving seats and don't want to take one away from another patron if your plans change.
• 🚫 If you fail to update your RSVP, barring emergencies, we may have to remove you from the group - we would hate to do that.
