Hello fellow wine lovers!
We have been managing the group for over five years now and what fun it has been!
We are a group looking for members that truly want to become part of the family and share what life has to offer!
We do all sorts of different events so please do read the details on each event thoroughly.
Most of our events will either require a pre-payment as we will be purchasing tickets or paying venues directly.
Our casual small dinner reservation events will also require a pre-payment to hold your spot which will be refunded to attending members. This is an attempt to eliminate no-shows and have full capacity at our events. Some higher end venues will charge $50 to hold spots so I will increase the amount in those instances.
NOTE: In order to attend events held in private homes (cheese, chef du jour and the like) members must have attended three previous public venue events.
There is an annual fee of $15 to cover the $400 annual fees we incur from Meetup. After covering the Meetup Fees I promise I will spend every dime on items to raffle at events!

About Ganges
Ganges was born from the same spirit that shaped our sister restaurants — Tikka Indian Cuisine and Spice Indian Cuisine — a spirit of passion, perseverance, and deep respect for India’s culinary heritage. Each concept tells a different story, but Ganges is where the journey comes full circle — where art, culture, and cuisine flow together like the sacred river itself.Our menu is inspired by the regions through which the Ganges River flows — from the Himalayan foothills of Uttarakhand, where our own chefs hail from, to the heartlands of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal, where the river nourishes generations of cooks and communities. 📝 Please include the name and date of the event in the payment note to help us post your deposit more easily. Pay for each event separately, not one lump sum.
🔁 Change of plans? Please update your RSVP and leave a comment so we can help confirm someone on the waitlist. The local restaurants count on our support!
✅ This is a refundable deposit to hold your spot - refunds will be issued the weekend after the event.

Tralia Pizza, 6566 Gateway Ave, Sarasota, FL 34231, USA, Sarasota, FL, US🍷 Well, it started as another one of our Ever-Popular Roundabout Dinners… and then we decided three tables at the newly anointed Michelin-recommended Tralia were better than one. And they are more than just pizza.
Note: one table is at 6:00pm, one at 6:15pm, and one at 6:30pm. Let us know your preference in the comments, then check back day-of to see when and with whom you will be dining.

Michelin recommendation: Find one of the city’s best pizzas buried in an unassuming strip center. The team uses a sourdough base for two very different results—the artisan round is crispy and crackly; the Detroit square has the rise of a layer cake and the fluffiness of a cloud. Both eat as well as they look. The MVP with marinara and dueling vodka and pesto sauces is a winner. A Caesar blanketed in parmesan and black-garlic breadcrumbs is all you need before the main event.Tralia began as a virtual pop-up in a Gulf Gate commissary kitchen in spring 2020. Chef Anthony Petralia offered sourdough pizza and Italian-inspired dishes one day a week for takeout. Demand grew; they added pickup days and weekly pop-ups at bars and breweries. In January 2023 they opened their brick-and-mortar in the same neighborhood—6566 Gateway Ave, Sarasota.
Chef Anthony previously opened Seabar and Riva Italian Kitchen as executive chef at the St. Regis. Tralia is his flagship and his last name, and he’s on the line seven nights a week.
