At just 22, Liam Purcell has already made history—sweeping the Rockygrass Instrumental Championships in simultaneous first-place awards in mandolin, banjo, and guitar. Hailing from Deep Gap, NC (home of Doc Watson), Liam and his band blend tradition, innovation, and pure talent into a sound that redefines bluegrass while transporting listeners to a front porch in the mountains.

Fogartyville is cozy—indoor seats go fast! Patio seating usually opens the day before (same price, great view). Send payment even if you’re on the waitlist; we’ll try to sneak in extra chairs near our tables.

We’ll post details for a pre-concert dinner soon—RSVP separately if you’d like to join. There’s also a food truck and a bar with wine and beer at the venue.
