The New Year Stress Reset is a 60‑minute, science‑backed breathwork experience designed to calm your nervous system, release accumulated stress from the past year, and help you begin the new year grounded instead of overwhelmed.

January often arrives with pressure — unfinished stress from the holidays, disrupted routines, and the expectation to immediately perform and optimize. This session is designed to interrupt that cycle at the physiological level — not through motivation or mindset, but through your breath.

What This Session Is This is not a workout and it’s not a meditation class.
This session uses evidence‑based functional breathing techniques to downshift your stress response, regulate your nervous system, and create a calmer internal baseline you can carry into the rest of the year.

No prior breathwork experience is required. Everything is guided and accessible.

Wear comfortable clothing. We will be seated on the floor, bring a mat or blanket if you like (mats will be provided).
