This is not a meditation class. This is not like any breathwork you’ve done before.

FAQ
What to bring?
We will be seated or lying on the floor, so a yoga mat or small blanket would be perfect.
What to wear?
Dress comfortably. We will be doing some gentle movement for a warm up. Also, tight, restrictive clothing could get in the way of the breathwork.
What to expect?
The program is an interactive group class. The program will incorporate teaching with movement and breathwork along the way. We will also be logging your metrics to track your progress over time.
