Cowley Christmas Charity Walk 🎄 5.7 miles, prepay to book

The fourth running of the now legendary pre-Christmas walk from the Green Dragon pub.

Mud is guaranteed, as is a steep climb in the first mile, as are Alpacas and metal statuary.

After the early climb the walk is mostly flat with open fields, enchanting woodland, a dry valley and quiet lanes. We'll pass through Cowley Woods, Coldwell Bottom, Coberley and Cowley.

We'll finish back at the Green Dragon and everyone is welcome to join us for a post-walk mulled wine. The pub will be fully booked for lunch so we'll need to sit outside.

Meet in the car park, which is the other side of the road from the pub, and please park at the far end of the car park so that pub customers can park nearer.

Festive clothing is encouraged and dogs are welcome.

We will take a maximum of 18 on this walk.

How to join this walk:
The fee for the walk is £2.50 payable in advance with all proceeds going to Stroud food bank, apart from the first £5 which goes towards MeetUp's £30 per month fees.
