Early Bird Tickets Now Available

Tickets to Australia's third Regional Scrum Gathering® are now available. Scrum Australia 2016 will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on April 28-29. It is Australia's only Scrum focused conference.

The event will feature two very impactful international keynote speakers.

Steve Denning

Steve Denning - whose work on leadership storytelling and the future of organisations in the creative economy has been published in the Harvard Business and featured at the Global Peter Drucker Forum. Steve is a board member at Scrum Alliance where he has led the creation of the Learning Consortium for the Creative Economy. His latest book The Leader’s Guide to Radical Management describes a radical shift from traditional management to an organisation that simultaneously achieves high productivity, continuous innovation, deep job satisfaction and customer delight.

Bas Vodde

Bas Vodde - who co-invented LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) from 10+ years of experimentation with scaling Scrum to product development groups of several thousand people on a single product. His books Scaling Agile and Lean Development and Practices for Scaling Agile and Lean Development co-authored with Craig Larman describe the learnings from about 600 experiments in scaling Agile development. Portions of his upcoming Large-Scale Scrum book are available at Bas guides large-scale Scrum adoption at global telecom product companies as well as several large banks.
