La Mesa’s 52nd Annual Oktoberfest – Friday, October 3, 2025

Prost! 🍻La Mesa’s Oktoberfest is back for its 52nd year, bringing us Bavarian traditions.

Join us in the heart of the La Mesa Village for an unforgettable celebration of community, culture, and, of course… beer!

🌭 What to Expect
• Authentic Food: Bratwurst, pretzels, schnitzel, and other Oktoberfest favorites, plus local food vendors serving up delicious options.
• Beer Gardens: Raise a stein in the lively Hofbrauhaus-style beer gardens featuring German imports, craft beer, and festive cocktails.
• Vendors & Activities Explore rows of shops, artisans, and family-friendly attractions throughout the Village.
• Live Entertainment Lineup at the HOFBRAUHAUS BIERGARTEN:
🎶5-6pm DETROIT UNDERGROUND
🎶6-6:45pm POLKA PARTY
🎶6:45-8pm 90S ROCK SHOW
🎶8-8:30pm DJ
🎶8:30-10pm LIQUID BLUE

🚗 Parking & Transportation
Street Parking is available and in nearby lots and garages, but it fills up fast. Consider taking the San Diego Trolley—the La Mesa Boulevard Station drops you right into the heart of the festivities! Ridesharing and carpooling are also highly recommended.

• No admission fee – this is a free, open-to-the-public event with options to upgrade

• There is an $8 entry fee for the biergarten, you pay at the door of any biergarten for access to all of them!
• Your host will be there at the start and stay for a while, but you can come and go as you like during festival hours.
• If you arrive later, feel free to enjoy the event at your own pace and look for updates on where the group is hanging out.
