Sunday Trail Run: Mailbox

The one! The only! Mailbox!

This route goes up the Old Mailbox trail, and down the New. It'll be misty at the top, so spare layers are highly recommended! After climbing about 4500 feet over two-ish miles through deep forest, it's a simple scramble up to the top, where the famous mailbox awaits. Then it's a lovely, runnable downhill for five miles, with a total distance of 7.5 miles.

This is a very popular trail so be ready to yield right-of-way to hikers coming up!
