Join us for the kaiju epic that started it all, Ishirō Honda's GODZILLA on Sunday, February 15, 3pm at the brand new New People cinema in Japantown. This is a rare chance to see a classic on the big screen!
New People Cinema is reopening for a weekend as a 143-seat underground cinema in historic San Francisco Japantown. This unique cinema is in the basement of NEW PEOPLE at 1746 Post St in San Francisco. Ticketing is via Roxie. Please buy your ticket here!
We will meet outside (or inside depending on the weather) at 2:30pm for quick intros and again after the show to gather before walking to a nearby bar/restaurant for discussion. Location for the after movie discussion is TBD but we will be near the Japan Center so we have plenty of options for food & drink.
