SAM WO
San Francisco has many traditions, many restaurants of renown and San Francisco's Chinatown s one of the few still existing in the United States.

Sam Wo's has a grand history spanning 115 years. With so many stories to tell, they share snippets from Fanny, Beckyand Mr. Lee, and their famous waiter Edsel Ford Fung. Located on Clay St in a cosy space.

They recently reopened so once again, San Francisco Foodies takes a spin, into the past.

Administrative Trivia
Sam Wo's menu shows meal pricing is about $15-20 per person, excluding tax and tip. Alcoholic drinks can easily increase this average. Dress is casual.

Each diner is responsible for their own orders and costs but we will have to consolidate and divvy up the final bill accordingly. Please bring cash.

Taxes and Fees
Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and probably an employee health mandate (3-10%), a tip (20%) may be automatically added, even on individual bills. I calculate each diner's orders separately unless the meal is shared or family style, and round up.
