Dinner: Gao Viet Kitchen and Bar (Table for 6)
Details
Gao Viet Kitchen is a two-story Sunset restaurant serving Vietnamese staples. Known for their super large $110 bowl of phở and $50 banh mi.
I've eaten here in 2024 and enjoyed their flavorful food complete with leftover takeout.
Administrative Trivia
Typical plates are $20 - $70.

Special SF location restaurant rules here
We are likely to share dishes. Sadly food allergies will be difficult to manage as they utilize peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, gluten, or sesame. Cross contamination is likely to occur.
Taxes and Fees
Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and possibly an employee health mandate (5%), a tip (20%) may be automatically added because of the size of our party, even on individual bills. I usually add 35% to each raw bill adding individual dishes, which should include all of these, and round final payment to the closest dollar.
Please bring cash, Apple Cash, or use Zelle.
