**a repeat event everyone who came loved the Dec session. FREE COME AND TRY DRAGON BOATING. THOSE WHO ATTENDED LAST TIME ARE WELCOME BACK** a great opportunity by Footscray Dragon Boat and Rowing Club to take us Dragon Boating. There will be other people there also as it's a Come and Try day so ask for SideQuest. Heather is the club's main organiser.

Post event free BBQ to stay for if you want to

By train (bus details on event description so make your own way there) only a couple of people coming by train. Many are driving. Loads of parking near the boathouse

TRAIN - suggest getting to Footscray at 11.45. check the bus time tables.
YOU WILL NEED TO GET A BUS. BUSES 409 OR 472 STOP NEAR THE BOATHOUSE. BUS 472 IS THE MOST DIRECT (DEPARTS HOPKINS ST a block up from the station) get off where theere is athetic field one side and rygby field the other and walk towards the river.

At Footscray Rowing Club there are toilets and a secure locked area for bags

FIRST- Get a safety briefing and sign paperwork
Boat can fit up to 20 so they might split the group and take two boats out for a fun competition

Bring a water bottle. enclosed shoes and likely tshirt and shorts or track pants. life jackets supplied
