BUSH FESTIVAL AT SUMMER LAND CAMELS - SCENIC RIM DAY OUT. Let's head out together to enjoy the Bush Festival on a real working camel farm in the beautiful Scenic Rim, to soak up all the sights, flavours, and surprises this festival has to offer.

I've booked us in for the Camel Farm & Tastings Tour as part of the day - a special behind the scenes experience where we'll learn about their sustainable farm practices and sample some truly unique camel milk products. It's a festival highlight we won't want to miss!
From working dog shows and blacksmith demos to alpacas, mini goats, camel rides (optional $33), and 100+ vibrant country markets stalls.
A day made for wandering, laughing, tasting, and discovering together.

🚐 You don't drive - enjoy the ride . Sit back, relax and take in the views as we head into the Scenic Rim together.
🕖 Meet Spots:
- 7.15 am - Eagleby private residence (for off-street parking, please have $7 on the day for our kind member/resident - address provided to confirmed attendees closer to the day)
- 7.25 am Beenleigh Train Station
- 8.00 am Redbank Train Station.

REFUNDS AND CONDITIONS
.. Please ensure your Meetup Email Notifications are ON for updates
.. As with all our adventures, No Smoking/Vapour and No Mobile phoning/texting/it while in company as is considered discourteous
.. Please bring all medications which you would normally take at home
.. If you are prone to Motion sickness, please bring appropriate medication with you

.. Failure to arrive on time will void the ticket entirely with no refunds
.. Bookings close 5 July 2025, or when minimum 8 RSVPs are claimed, whichever comes first
.. Minimum attendees = 8; Maximum attendees = 12
.. If minimum RSVPs are not attained by closing date 5 July 2025, a full refund is provided

.. If you cancel after bookings close, I will endeavour to sell your ticket for you, but no guarantees

.. In the event of any changes or amendments to the adventure or itinerary, or reallocation of hosts, there are no refunds.

.. In the very rare event that a member's behaviour is significantly disruptive and impacts the group's experience, the host reserves the right to discontinue that member's participation in the tour. This includes any unused portions of the ticket, such as return transportation. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided in these instances, and the member will be responsible for their own return arrangements and associated costs.
