SCENIC RIM WINE ADVENTURE : 🍷🥂PADDLES OVER LUNCH + 🥂🍷 COUNTRY STYLE TASTINGS

🧀🍇🍷 Let's enjoy a relaxed day out in the Scenic Rim with a lovely mix of wine, lavender and laughs! We'll start with a leisurely lunch on a vineyard terrace, paired with a paddle of five wines. Each glass comes with a short description - from crisp whites to smooth reds, with perhaps a rose or fortified in the mix - so you can enjoy the variety while enjoying your meal with friends .. oh and the views are beautiful! After lunch we've time to stroll among the lavender rows, breathe in the scent, browse the gift shop, and maybe treat ourselves to a lavender ice-cream for fun!
In the afternoon we'll settle in at a welcoming country winery, where the shady trees and relaxed pace set the scene. Our host's warm storytelling and wine knowledge make the tastings feel more like a Sunday afternoon catch-up with friends than a formal presentation. With cheese, crackers and nibbles to enjoy alongside the wines, it's a lovely way for us to while away an afternoon in good company.

8.00 am Eagleby private residence for (details shared with attendees closer to event date, please have $7 ready for our kind member/resident for off-street parking (return appx 5.10 pm)
8.15 am Beenleigh Train Station (return appx 5.00 pm)
9.00 am Redbank Train Station (return appx 4.20 pm)

REFUNDS AND CONDITIONS:
- A quick note about tastings: Tastings are served in small pours (not full glasses) and spaced out across the day with lunch and nibbles included. By the time we return to Redbank Station around 4.30 pm, there's a fair 2 hour buffer after the last tasting. Of course, everyone processes alcohol differently, so please sip at your own pace. All other drinks are own cost.
- Please ensure your Meetup Email Notifications are ON for attendee updates.
- As with all our adventures, No Smoking/Vapour and No Mobile phoning/texting/it while in company as is considered discourteous.
Please bring all medications which you would normally take at home
- If you are prone to Motion sickness, please bring appropriate medication with you.
- All meals and drinks are your own expense.
- Failure to arrive on time will void the ticket entirely with no refunds.
- RSVP's close 31 October 2025, or when minimum 8 RSVPs are claimed, whichever comes first.
- Minimum attendees 8 : Maximum attendees 11
- If minimum RSVPs are not attained by closing date 31 October, 2025, a full refund is provided.

- If you cancel after bookings close, I will endeavour to sell your ticket for you, but no guarantees.
- Reselling tickets is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
- Refunds directed to your bank account only.
- Reselling a ticket incurs a $14 Cancellation/Amendment Fee.
- Tickets may not be sold after 12 November, 2025.
- If you resign or are removed from our meetup group, the Cancellation/Amendment Fee still applies ; even if the adventure has not yet commenced.
- Tickets may not be passed on to another person without prior approval
- In the event of any changes or amendments to the adventure or itinerary, or reallocation of hosts, there are no refunds.
- Limited Onboard Drinks are mine for sharing.
- Motion sickness: If you suffer from motion sickness, please bring any necessary travel mediation to keep the journey enjoyable for yourself and others.
- In the very rare event that a member's behaviour is significantly disruptive and impacts the group's experience, the host reserves the right to discontinue that member's participation in the tour. This includes any unused portions of the ticket, such as return transportation. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided in these instances, and the member will be responsible for their own return arrangements and associated costs.
