This is a Team adventure, not a solo stroll - so if you love laughs, shared moments, and a group that makes the day even more fun - Let's Go!
We're not just visiting sunflowers - we're experiencing them together. That means taking each other's photos (way better than selfies!), helping spot the best blooms, getting creative with group poses, and genuinely enjoying the day as a team. If you're after a quiet solo wander, this won't be your vibe - but if you're up for connection, conversation, and making memories with like-minded people, you'll fit right in!
🌻 Roam 4 acres of sunflowers together – we’ll be snapping fun photos of each other among the quirky props (like bathtubs in sunflower fields, timber window frames, scarecrows), and getting that perfect golden glow shot!
🌻 Tackle the Sunflower Maze as a group – let’s see who finds the way out first (or who gets hilariously lost)!
🎶 Soak up the festival vibes with live music as we explore
🛍 We'll check out the market stalls – shopping is way more fun when someone points out the quirky finds!
☕ Enjoy a Devonshire Tea, included in your RSVP—perfect for a morning starter (please let me know dietary preferences eg gluten free)

🌟 **Optional Creative Experiences -
Kalbar Sunflower Festival organisers are putting together some hands-on workshops again this year - like mini photography shoots, hat making, sunflower-themed craft sessions. We're waiting on the final lineup and pricing (should have it within the next month), and I'll update this page the moment they share it.
If you're keen to get creative, you'll be able to add a class of your choice when we know what's on offer. Though, most of us just come for the sunflowers, the laughs, and the group vibes - the best part is the day together!
☀️ How to book an Optional Workshop :
✔️ RSVP to secure your spot to join us for the Sunflower Festival event.
Then, if you wish to also participate in an optional Workshop : Please Note: requests for optional workshops that are received PRIOR TO 22 FEBRUARY are more likely to be accepted, before event goes public.

✔️ If you'd like to THEN add a workshop, message me with your choice and transfer the additional payment to me - I'll book you in (you don't book directly)

✔ You don't Drive - Come with Us and Enjoy the Ride - 12 Seater Hiace, and we'll bring the enclosed lockable Trailer too, for our purchased Sunflowers and any Crafts made on the day

✔ Choose from 3 meetup spots:
- 6.30 am @ Eagleby private residence ($7 for off-street parking on the day, address is shared with attendees closer to event day)
- 6.46 am @ Beenleigh Train Station
- 7.20 am @ Redbank Train Station

✔ Mater Devonshire Tea - freshly baked scones served with jam and cream, and choice of tea or coffee
✔ I'll bring our Camp chairs and picnic rugs and we'll set up our own little base camp area to relax and enjoy the live entertainment throughout the day

.. If you cancel after bookings close, I will endeavour to sell your ticket for you, but no guarantees
.. If your ticket does not sell, there is no refund
.. Reselling your ticket incurs a $14 Amendment Fee
.. Refunds are directed to your bank account only
.. Tickets will not be sold/re-sold after 22 April, 2026
.. Failure to arrive on time will void your ticket, with no refunds
