Come be part of a community of individuals and families who value people more than beliefs. Some have said it's like going to a Ted talk with live music every Sunday. We meet at 11 AM Mountain Time in the Parker Theatre Studio at 3601 State Street, South Salt Lake. We would love to have you join us for some great topics and socializing!

Join us this Sunday when we will hear from our very own Sara Rands on the topic of:
Mental Health Benefits of Agency: Why Believing You Have Choices Matters

She likes to work with overthinker rational types, as well as faith transitioners, neurodivergent folks, and cancer survivors. She looks at life through the lens of mindfulness, attachment, purpose, and agency. She got her masters in counseling from Northwestern University in 2024, and also holds bachelor degrees in computer science and English. She has been part of the Salt Lake and Utah Valley Oasis communities since 2016, and is a married mother of four young adults.
