🎭 We’re Collaborating with Aspen Ballet!
Join us for a truly special experience — we’ll be photographing Aspen Ballet’s full dress rehearsal of The Nutcracker!
✨ This is a wonderful opportunity to capture the beauty and emotion of a live stage performance — the lighting, the costumes, and the timeless magic of The Nutcracker coming to life before opening night.
📸 Shooting Tips:

• No Flash: Flash is not allowed during performances, so bring a fast lens (f/1.8–f/2.8) to make the most of low light.
• Shutter Speed: Try around 1/250 or faster to freeze movement during dance scenes.
• ISO: Don’t be afraid to bump up your ISO — a bit of grain is worth a sharp, well-lit image.
• Focus on Emotion: Capture the storytelling moments, not just the movement. Expressions, gestures, and stage lighting can create powerful compositions.
• Stay Respectful: Be mindful of the performers and other photographers; stay seated or in designated areas.

🎨 This shoot is for portfolio building, not a workshop. However, I’ll be there if you have questions, and you can always learn from your fellow photographers by watching them!
