What we’re about
Have you ever had a profound experience, whether through psychedelics, a retreat, a big life change, or even a moment in nature, that left you with new insights, but also thinking "now what"?
These experiences can open us to deep wisdom, beauty, and truth - but the real work begins afterward, in the hectic unfolding of daily life.
What happens when you take your new wisdom into the same job, the same family dynamics, the same systems, the same life? How do you become the "new you" when all those existing constructs want to pull you back into old ways of being that no longer serve you?
Integration is about turning those fleeting "aha" moments or "downloads" into real, lasting change. Group integration circles can help you find the meaning in your experience, feel supported as you navigate big emotions or big changes, and, most importantly, heal in community with others who are on the same path.
Come as you are. Whether you're curious, raw, wise, weary, joyful, frustrated...bring it. Every expression of you is not only safe here, but welcome.

About me
Hi, I'm Tiffany. I’m a certified Integration Coach, Zen Buddhist, Minister of the Divine Assembly, and grandmother. I offer a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach shaped by extensive lived experience and training. My work weaves together a variety of traditions and tools, including meditation, mindfulness, shadow work, archetypes, depth psychology, and a buffet of spiritual traditions. I'm inspired by thinkers like Alan Watts, Pema Chödrön, Adyashanti, Joseph Campbell, Gabor Maté, and many others who speak to the mystery and meaning of the human journey.

Ecstatic Dance
Krishna Temple Salt Lake City, 965 East 3370 South, SLC, UT, USCome dance it out with us!
If you've ever wondered how movement can help you let everything go, this is for you.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, sober dance space where you can drop out of your head and into your body. There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong moves... just music, movement, and a very welcoming community.
You don’t need to be a “dancer.” This is about reconnecting with your body, releasing stress, and letting your movement become a kind of meditation. It’s especially lovely for anyone exploring mind-body connection, somatic healing, or simply wanting to feel more alive and present.
The DJ will be Ombiya Ra. According to the Facebook event page, she "has been traveling the world for over six years, sharing transformative dance journeys to bring others into their soul movement. Blending deep bass, sacred world rhythms, and a touch of hip-hop, she weaves sound into ceremony, a fusion of ancient and modern pulse. Each set becomes a portal of remembrance, guiding dancers through desire, devotion, and divine embodiment."
