A Walk for Jutta - join us for a walk at Weaselhead as we celebrate her life

Our group lost a very special fellow Organizer, hiker and friend last Thursday at the Bow Glacier Falls Rockslide.

On this evening of July 3rd we hope to meet up and share our memories of Jutta Hinrichs while we enjoy a walk at Weaselhead natural area.

We hope this brings heart healing to some and/or an opportunity to walk and talk it out to others. Therefore we welcome you to walk quietly in camaraderie with others or visit and chat. Your needs will be respected either way.

This is an invitation to all Slow and Steady members to join us. The event will be relaxed with a slow to moderate pace.

The hike will start at 6:30 pm to facilitate members after work transportation.

What to bring:

• Water
• Raincoat or poncho
• good walking / trekking shoes are a must
• bug spray
• appropriate layers for the temperature, and snacks if you wish

Waiver: As per the new policy for waivers, the waiver form will be signed at the trailhead. You must sign it before you will be allowed to go on this event. You will also be asked for the name and phone number of an emergency contact. Please come prepared with this information.
