Crypt Lake (T4) - Gloves Mandatory for Cable Section

Details
I've never done this hike, but as we plan to spend the week in Waterton, it seems like a good time to mark it off the list.
To access the hike, we'll need to take the Waterton Boat Shuttle across the lake - it departs promptly at 8:30AM and picks up at 3:30 & 5:30PM.
The average trip takes 6.5 hrs on trail, so we won't be able to dawdle or we'll risk missing the last boat and be stuck overnight, but it also won't be a sprint - just a comfortable pace.
Tickets are $34 RETURN.
If you're accepted onto the hike, I will DM you via the app so you can e-transfer me the funds for the ferry, I will buy the tickets on Friday to ensure we get seats on the boat for Monday.
Dress for changing conditions, and make sure you carry at least some rain/warmer gear as once on the other side of the lake, we're there until the boat pick-up time.
Crypt Lake Hike is an iconic Alberta Hike most well know for the ladder/tunnel:
"Near the second waterfall comes the ledge, the tunnel and the cables, which are the most technically challenging parts of this hike. The ledge is wide enough to walk comfortably and offers amazing views down into the valley. Next, there is a small ladder leading up to the tunnel. The tunnel is narrow but fairly short, and the lake is just a short walk after this interesting section of the trail. The cable has some very small frayed sections, so be careful not to cut your hands."
