So Many Women...So Little Time

We are hosting at our home and would love for you to come if you are interested in establishing meaningful friendships by having sincere and authentic conversations with no distractions or diversions. This event, more than any other, provides that kind of opportunity. See below to learn more...

The side gate will be open starting at 2:30 for swimming and enjoying the tropical atmosphere so come anytime before 4:00 and please, do your very best not to arrive any later. I give an important introduction to the event that I want everyone to hear.

After CIRCLES is complete, we will be able to relax, enjoy dinner and continue getting to know one another. There are plenty of ways to enjoy our time including ping pong, hot tub, foosball and enjoying the sunset together lounging in the treehouse on the top of the hillside.

I would encourage you to come, even if you don't know anyone. The point of this day is to connect and we will have a structured way to do just that. It's an excellent way to make new friends.

WHAT IS CIRCLES?
This is an event I lead at the International Women's Festival in Greece each year because it catalyzes so many new connections. We will sit in groups of five and I will ask a thought provoking question. Each person will have a few minutes to respond at any level you are inspired to share at, while everyone else listens with a non-judgemental, open heart. An example of my favorite question is "share an accomplishment or experience that you are proud of". I am always amazed at how much I learn about people just from this one response. Afterwards, there are a few minutes to continue the conversation and ask questions. Then, we will form new circles with new women and do it all over again with a new question. By the end of the day, you will most likely have gotten to connect with every woman.

**I will provide some bubbly waters, soda and ice tea. There will be an ice chest available if you want to bring something different.

$25 fee covers dinner and non-alcoholic beverages. I will be ordering in delicious Mediterranean food consisting of fresh salad, falafel, chicken and other fresh additions! I will need you to pay when you RSVP to ensure we don't have a lot of last minute cancellations (after I've ordered the food). Your reservation is non-refundable after July 2nd. There is a small service fee on top that meetup takes. Sorry.

I would highly recommend bringing your swim suit and a towel in case you want to jump in because it will probably be a hot day. We can even take a dip during breaks too! It's so nice to cool off! We will be outside in the shade for most of the day. And then, there's the hot tub which usually ends up to be the poplular spot after dark!

Again, if there is a waiting list, PLEASE JOIN IT. I may let more people in once the time gets closer and it is possible that someone may cancel. In both cases, you may be able to come afterall!

***Be sure to park outside the cul-du-sac please to keep my neighbors happy (don't double and triple park in our driveway, ok??)

Let's meet at Las Brisas before the Festival of Arts and the Pageant of the Masters. It's yummy Mexican food with a great view too. It's a 12 minute walk from the Festival of the Arts so it's perfect.

Feel free to join us (if you RSVP of course) whether you are coming along for the show or not.

Let's Experiment! If you work alone and miss being around people sometimes, come and spend the day in a beautiful tropical setting while you are working, writing, reading or whatever. If you need to make a call, you can step away so you don't disturb anyone else.

You can come and go at whatever time you like.

Bring an ice chest with your food and beverages for the day and whatever you need to get stuff done. We can have lunch together too (or not). It's absolutely wonderful to take a dip throughout the day to refresh and there's plenty of shade for all of the various "work stations". Don't forget a swim suit and towel too. We have excellent wifi for all.

I'm limiting this to 12 women this time to see how it goes. I would love for this to work well so we could make it a regular thing. This involves actually being able to accomplish whatever we are setting out to do!
