- Lesbian Heartbreak Healing Intensive- 4 week Program Starts Saturday!Link visible for attendees
Ruth and the Conscious Girlfriend Academy are at it again! This one is super important too... I know so many women who tell me they are just fine alone and aren't interested in dating anymore. Nothing wrong with that. However, sometimes I wonder if it is an excellent coping strategy to not have to deal with the pain of past breakups and the risk of a new love.
You can't change anyone else BUT, you can change yourself by teaching us old dogs some new tricks (only referring to myself as old of course). If you are ready to try something new and different and join a wonderful community of women that are interested in doing the same, now could be just the perfect time. It is well worth the money.
This starts in TWO DAYS!
Lesbian Heartbreak Healing: A 4-Week Course
Learn the following:
"Why did it end?"
"Will I ever be able to get over her?"
"Why does it hurt so much?"
"Is there any chance we could get back together?"
"How can I ever trust someone else?"
"Is my 'picker' broken?"
"What if I'm attracted to the wrong women?"
Whether your breakup was recent or decades ago, the pain can linger and shut down your life. Learn how to finally heal.

- Let's Read... A Curious WomanLink visible for attendees
Hello book lovers! Let’s read and discuss – A Curious Woman: Murder Under the Gum Trees, by Jess Lea. A funny, fabulous, cozy mystery filled with quirkiness and a sweet serve of lesbian romance. Bess Campbell has escaped to the windswept Australian coastal town of Port Bannir, determined to begin her life again. She is loving her fresh start, thanks to her fun job running a hip gallery, her territorial chickens, and a lot of self-help books to find her new, better self.
Port Bannir local Margaret Gale runs an austere maritime museum and rules her staff with an iron fist. She has no time for that crazy modern gallery or upbeat, earnest Bess sweeping around town on her hipster bicycle.
After a heated dispute over an antique collectible dildo, there’s little hope Margaret and Bess will ever see eye to eye. But when Port Bannir is rocked by a senseless murder, both women find themselves implicated. Can they work together to expose the truth––or will the truth prove far too dangerous?
302 Pages. (11 hours and 43 minutes on audio.) Plan accordingly.
Where the wind blows... - Jo Jo 😊
NOTES FOR MEETING
Please be prompt, at 7 pm Pacific, and plan to stay until we close out as a group or at 8:30 pm Pacific. We open with a short icebreaker within a few minutes of the start time, which is great for getting to know one another better. Arriving late or leaving early “individually” can distract the group discussion, so arriving on time and staying until 8:30 pm Pacific, is appreciated. We do occasionally stay later but if you need to bow out then, no worries. And…we could finish early. (Early has not happened, but I am just saying it could. Lol.)
* It is a social event so please have your video ON. It is also for transparency and peace of mind for all our members in this Zoom world.
WHERE: Zoom - Attendees will receive a private link and password on the day of the event. I will post a comment when I have sent it. Please do not share or post the link or your password.
Make sure your Meet Up notification setting for email is on for this group. (If you saw this book discussion announced via email, your setting is on. ;))
WHAT TO BRING
Bring your sweet self, any notes you want to share, and your favorite beverage. :)- YES RSVPs, if you can't make it, please take a moment to change your RSVP to NOT GOING asap. It is just a courteous thing to do. :)
** If you are new to Zoom, watch this video. Make sure to watch the video to the end. (A little over 5 minutes.) A senior does a great job of showing the various items you will want to know about. It is easy! Really. https://youtu.be/kh50kVaIdAY
