So Many Women...So Little Time

Hey all you tree-huggers, ploggers, and lovers of the outdoors and open spaces!! Time to "channel your inner Woodsy Owl"!
We are hosting a clean-up hike event along with the Friends of Coyote Hills (FCH) group in Fullerton on the third Saturday of every month. This hike is along the Nora Kuttner trail. This area is also one of SoCal's LAST open spaces!!! The Friends group is working along with our community to get it all saved as open space. It has been an ongoing "battle" for over 20 years!

The hikes are lots of fun, a great way to meet new friends and is a lovely walk among hills of sage and other flora; on occasion we have seen some neat wildlife such as hawks, jackrabbits etc... Bring comfortable shoes, water, sunscreen, gloves, trash-grabbers, and bags if you have them.

We will meet at 8:45 and gather as a group at the LOWER parking lot of the Sunny Hills Church of Christ at 2255 N Euclid in Fullerton and then walk over together.

Children are welcome. Waivers will be provided, as this hike is coordinated via the FCH group and the city of Fullerton. FCH will have some printed waivers on-hand also at the hike meetup spot. If you have questions or would like more info please contact www.savecoyotehills.org

The hike is considered easy to moderate, depending on your pace. You'd be surprised some of the things we've encountered on these cleanups too!

Afterwards, those with hungry tummies can meetup with us at Rutabegorz Cafe on 211 N Pomona for some yummy, healthy grub!

This event is rain or shine. In the event that it rains, we will still meet at Rutabegorz Cafe at 10:30am for lunch.

Calling all Goths, Emos, Moz-heads, wearers of black, owners of lonely hearts, broken hearts, or cold, black hearts, etc... this event is for you!

"Not Today, Cupid!" Hosted by the Late Lounge at The Eliot (Formerly Bourbon Street) at 110 East Commonwealth _Ave, in DowntownFullerton.

DJ Molly B, DJ Bam, and DJ Ghettofunk will be spinning your fave songs of loneliness, hea_rtache, heartbreak, revenge, and self degradation!

Don your fave black ensemble, or wear something that figuratively (or literally) says F*** Cupid!
Prizes for best dressed, and a "goth off" dance contest as well!

$10 suggested donation, but we will kindly accept donations of any size.

If you get their early enough, parking is sometimes available on Commonwealth, on Pomona Ave North of Commonwealth, or in the parking structure on Pomona by the train station. There is also a parking lot located across Harbor Blvd at Santa Fe parking garage with a footbridge that goes across Harbor. This location is also very close to metrolink/amtrak station, however, some trains unfortunately do not run as late as they should... maybe someday.

GOOD NEWS!! I'm leading my fun Rotating Team Trivia game at Watch Me Sports Bar in Long Beach!!! I'm totally thrilled about it. I expect a packed house given it will also be St. Patty's Day.

Feel free to arrive early, meet some women and eat. It will be much easier moving around without dragging your food around with you. I will be making introductions starting at 5:30. If you plan to play, please be a set to go, at a table by 7pm.

Playing trivia games can be fun for some but others don't want to come because they don't think they are good at it. IT DOESN'T MATTER. This game is not about being good. It's about teamwork and meeting new women. This means that you do not need to actually know any answers at all, you just need to be on a team where someone else does.

On top of that, this game is rotating which means that you will answer a few questions with your team and then rotate to a new team where you will meet your teammates and collaborate with them to come up with the right answer.

You will have your own personal scorecard and bring it around with you as the game progresses. A fun prize will be given to the winner.

I have led this event many times and it is an excellent way to have a great time connecting to our community and while you're at it indulge in some yummy food and drinks.
