Meeting details:
We will meet at 10:15am at the car park behind the Woodborough Inn, for a 10:30am prompt start. Please consider car sharing where possible. There is a £1 donation which is collected on the day to help towards subscription costs.

Walk details:
We will join the Strawberry Line and walk towards Cheddar and the tunnel. Just before the tunnel, we will cross the road and climb up Winscombe Drove, following the Media Way. Then will drop down to a small hamlet before a second climb to Shipham. Then down the rocky Cheedarcombe Lane, re crossing the A38 and walking along the Batch. Along the top of the hill, descending by Sandford quarry before rejoining the Strawberry Line then back to the car park and a cheeky pint in the pub.

Debrief at the Woodborough Inn:
Following the walk, you're welcome to join for a drink and debrief in the pub.

WEATHER
If bad weather is forecast, the walk will be cancelled the day before.
If the weather is horrendous on the day it will be cancelled on the morning of the walk, by 8:00 am

If you can’t make the event, please amend you RSVP to not going so we are not waiting unnecessarily
