There’s so much to be angry about in the world today, with many injustices and problems to solve. Did you know that your anger will be what heals you or kills you, and the choice is up to you? How you handle your anger makes the difference between you being happy, healthy, and grateful for the endless gifts of your life, or dying unhappy and painfully deprived. This is serious! Like many peace-loving folks, I grew up fearing anger as a destructive force. From all the examples of people using anger for violence, I thought anger was a bad emotion that I should avoid. But avoidance made me easily intimidated and scared of confrontation, which made me in turn deprived, victimized, and pissed off. I often ended up destructively angry after all. Could it be that few people know what they’re doing here?

The challenge is that anger is not an option in life. Anger is felt when something is not right for you, so you must assert yourself. Positive anger is quick and effective: “Hey, I don’t like that!” If you’re among friends, you’re supported to get what you need. You become naturally grateful and trusting in honest relationships that help you to build a wonderful life.

The problem is how to be angry among enemies? Should we get recognition for justice, try to convince, or just compete and force what we need? These approaches are dominating, which is what society teaches us. Domination is fundamentally ineffective, because every consciousness has its own experience. This is the basis of freewill. Modern spirituality explains how reality is a patchwork quilt of all possibilities in a multiverse. You just need to find where you best belong. The living loving Universe wants you to thrive gratefully, not struggle to survive angrily. Struggling to survive makes you forever angry and sick.

Stuck chronic anger is deadly, resulting in external violence and internal disease. Since anger is the unstoppable energy of change, you must ensure that the change you get is beneficial or else you will be destroyed. Violent anger is clearly destructive, but so is repressed anger. People become passive aggressive, vengeful, mean, and paranoid. Eventually their bodies change with cells that grow out of control. This is cancer, epidemic today. Cancer is often cured only when the person makes a better lifestyle change that their anger wanted in the first place.

All things including emotions have positive and negative forms. There’s a right way and a wrong way to do everything in life. You have your own best way to live as a unique worthy creator consciousness in the Universe. What’s right for someone else may not be right for you. Positive anger shows the difference in values that you must practice to succeed as yourself.

All so-called negative emotions – such as hurt, fear, anger, loneliness, and sadness- are energy patterns that you can diagnose to reach a positive outcome. Harnessed emotions help you find and fix what you need to be happy and grateful again. Courage to manage your emotions comes from the clarity of positive true beliefs that reconnect you with your original state of being. This is your soul and higher self, which lead to the best choices in life for you. Other people need not affect you directly, only show possible choices..

Anger gives energy to set boundaries in the belief system choices we need to prosper as human and spirit together. We are learning to master belief systems at the mental level of reality creation, which is where the gods battle for power unnecessarily. Higher guides calls us to believe in our unique self-worth, while false negative beliefs invalidate us to feel lonely. Fear of loneliness drives people to stay in unhealthy societies for codependent companionship, where negative anger is chronic and gratitude is just angry entitlement. We learn beliefs and techniques to release the past and welcome a new future of cocreation with our own higher selves, whom we work with in a guided meditation to conclude the meeting.
