You can check it out here:
https://www.amazon.ca/Origins-You-Breaking-Patterns-Liberate/dp/0593539915**What if the patterns you keep finding yourself in… aren’t random — but rooted in something that once helped you survive?
In this women’s circle book study, we’ll move gently through The Origins of You by Vienna Pharaon — a powerful exploration of how our earliest wounds shape the way we love, communicate, protect ourselves, and move through the world.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding yourself. It’s about seeing your patterns not as flaws… but as intelligent adaptations that once kept you safe.
Together, we’ll create a space that feels honest, grounded, and deeply compassionate — where nothing needs to be rushed or forced.
✨ In this book study, we will:
-
Explore the core wounds that shape our behaviors, relationships, and identity
-
Recognize the patterns we carry — in love, work, boundaries, and self-worth
-
Understand how protection strategies like people-pleasing, avoidance, or control are formed
-
Begin to gently shift from automatic reactions to conscious choice
-
Build a more compassionate and truthful relationship with ourselves
Each gathering will include:
🌿 grounding and nervous system regulation practices
📖 thoughtful, open discussion (no pressure to have it all figured out)
📝 optional journaling prompts for deeper reflection

Spaces where they can look at their inner world, gain valuable insight and then reclaim their personal authority, and make conscious decisions that transform the way they experience their lives!Through one on one coaching and sacred feminine circles, Meg helps women show up in the world with more love, and less ego, more compassion, and less judgment, more vulnerability, and less shame, more emotional agility and less fear!

A Soul Sister Women's Circle - That’s a No for Me (A Circle about Boundaries)
·OnlineOnlineAre you ready to have a soulful experience with the sisterhood?
Our souls crave community, crave that nurturing energy that the feminine brings.
And our spirits long for soulful opportunities to slow down and process all the experiences, thoughts, emotions etc, that come with being a human being.
We need that space where we can remove the mask of perfection we seem to think is necessary to wear and simply explore the topics that are important to the growth and care of our spirit! We need that space to simply be, to be encouraged, supported, understood, heard and seen.
In this Circle, we will be diving into BOUNDARIES!
Boundaries aren’t just something we say.
They’re something we live. They shape how we protect our time, energy, body, and emotional world.
And without them, we slowly start to lose ourselves — saying yes when we mean no, taking on too much, and feeling stretched or resentful.
The purpose of boundaries is simple:
to make sure you don’t leave yourself behind.Together, we’ll look at:
-
The four different types of boundaries.
-
How we can recognize that we need a boundary.
-
How we can make sure that we hold our boundaries more consistently.
-
And how we can use boundaries to get closer to the people we love - not farther away!
(Please be aware that I will request that cameras be on - but feel free to come as you are!)
