Sound Bath for Deep Rest & Relaxation (Kingston) (event fees apply)
Details
Take a moment to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through a soothing 1 hour Sound Bath for Deep Rest and Relaxation.
This gentle, meditative experience invites you to simply lie back, close your eyes, and be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other beautiful instruments. The sounds and frequencies work through your whole being — helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your energy back into harmony.
As the layers of sound unfold, you may find yourself drifting into a deeply restful state where the body can reset and the spirit can restore. It’s an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you, make space for calm, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and peace.
Whether this is your first Sound Bath or a familiar practice, all you need to do is come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you gently inward.
