🎶 Sound Bath Sessions for Wellness
Welcome to Sound Bath Sessions for Wellness — a space for anyone interested in wellness, complementary therapies, or simply experiencing the deeply restorative benefits of a group sound bath.
Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or already familiar with it, these sessions offer an opportunity to unwind, reconnect, and explore how sound can support your overall wellbeing.
A sound bath is a meditative, immersive experience where the soothing tones and vibrations of carefully selected instruments create a soundscape that calms the mind and body. These resonant frequencies can help guide you from an active Beta brainwave state into a deeper Theta state, where deep rest, relaxation, and potential healing may occur at a cellular level.
Hi, my name is Lauren, and these group sessions form part of my practical assessments as I complete my Level 2 Practitioner Diploma: Integral Sound Bath Certification with the Sound Healing Academy. As part of my assessment requirements, I will be recording each session (photo and video) and will ask participants to complete short feedback and testimonial forms at the end of the event. Your participation not only supports your own wellness journey but also contributes meaningfully to my growth and development as a Practitioner. I am also registered as a Student Member with the International Institute for Complementary Therapies.
Please note that all events will be ticketed via Eventbrite. You’ll just need to purchase your ticket through Eventbrite before your attendance can be confirmed on MeetUp.
Come along, settle in, and let the sounds guide you into stillness, balance, and renewal. 🌙✨
Peace & Blessings, Lauren

Sound Bath for Deep Rest & Relaxation (Whitlam) (event fees apply)
Mingle Community Space, 3 Klaus Moje Street, Whitlam, AUPlease note this is a ticketed event, please purchase your tickets via Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/sound-baths-for-deep-rest-relaxation-whitlam-4795493
Take a moment to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through a soothing 1 hour Sound Bath for Deep Rest and Relaxation.
This gentle, meditative experience invites you to simply lie back, close your eyes, and be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other beautiful instruments. The sounds and frequencies work through your whole being — helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your energy back into harmony.
As the layers of sound unfold, you may find yourself drifting into a deeply restful state where the body can reset and the spirit can restore. It’s an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you, make space for calm, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and peace.
Whether this is your first Sound Bath or a familiar practice, all you need to do is come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you gently inward.
