Reinhardt Redwoods w/ Namastey Patio

For most of us South Bay residents Reinhardt Regional Redwood Park is some mythical place far, far away. Well its actually a very scenic Redwood Forest in the East Bay Hills. Yes, its a few extra minutes drive but isn't it true that the best things in life aren't always in your backyard?
We will hike the Stream, Tres Sendas, Redwood Peak, French, Madrone, West Ridge, Chown and Bridle trails, 8.3 miles and 1400' Elevation gain. See the route here: alltrails There are also some great East Bay views to be had when you tire of marveling at the magnificent Redwood trees.
Weather forecast calls for a perfect hiking day in the 60s and the hike is mostly shaded.
There are restrooms at the trailhead.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO MULTIPLY YOUR BILL BY 1.3 (FOR TAX AND TIP) AND TRY TO BRING CASH.
The IOPQ will be :What is the most useless talent you possess? (ie., can make a knot out of cherry stems with my mouth, can whistle, can make the sound of passing gas, can recite passages from movies or books, etc.)
ATTENDANCE: If you are signed up for a hike, or on the waitlist, please remove yourself to the "not going " list as soon as you become unsure about attending, so another wait lister can have adequate notice that they are going. Also, it is not okay to just show up to a hike you are not listed as "going" to. Hikers who violate these policies will have that information noted on their permanent record, and their parents may be notified.
