Walk from Sandringham Rotunda to Middle Brighton Baths and back

Does anyone want to take a walk from the rotunda in Sandringham along the Bay Trail up to Middle Brighton Baths then back again?
Could stop for either fish and chips OR at the yacht club for refreshing drinks/lunch...
Weather dependent of course.
Walk takes roughly an hour each way.
