Join Nicole online, as well as some of our lovely One Door Peer Leaders, for our Making Friends workshops to learn about:

* meeting new people
* starting and maintaining conversations
* dealing with anxiety
* different kinds of friendships
* maintaining your friendships
* how to deal with disagreements and disappointments
* dealing with mental health distress with friends

Hopefully we'll enjoy our time together online and you'll be encouraged to put your new skills into practice to meet a new friend. We'll also tell you about the Strong and Social groups and which ones you might enjoy. At the end of the workshop series we'll be starting a new 'Making Friends' online group for people who meet during the workshops and want to stay in touch.
