The Sunday Alternative - Picnic In The Park

This July, we go outside with The Sunday Alternative Picnic and Games.

Bring a sun hat, your coolest glasses, some food, and a rug.

There’s a Sunday Market behind Waitrose in Caversham that has tasty treats if you’re coming from that direction.

There is normally a coffee stall by the pedestrian bridge.

We’ll sing some songs and play some games. If there’s an activity you’d like to do, bring your idea and equipment along. Feel free to share some ideas in the chat or on our WhatsApp SA Socials chat.

Songs
Normally, we have a screen to display lyrics on for an assembly. This month, we have not because we're outside. So we're going to break with tradition at let you know the songs beforehand so you can bring your own lyric sheets. We recommend printing them out as screens can be hard to read in bright light.
