Wagtail is a free and open-source content management system (CMS) built on top of Django used by major organisations like NASA, Google and the UK Government. **Iqbal Bhatti: PostgreSQL as a broker for offline task processing**

PostgreSQL has a LISTEN/NOTIFY mechanism which is capable of implementing a message queue-like functionality. We'll look at the why you might not need a dedicated message queue for task processing and we'll have a look at how this might work with your existing Django project.
