Jim Beloff's Purple Book + More Favorites JamALONG@ Safety Harbor Library

Our LAST JamALONG until September will feature several selections from Jim Beloff's newly published Purple Book "Another Year, Yet Another 365 More Great Songs for Better Living" and some favorite songs of the JamALONG Gang.

Tony will do a quick review about reading formal music sheets, specifically for Jim's songbook and will lead us through Blueberry Hill. Then the rest of the Gang will go through their selections.

From the Book: Early Morning Rain, Shady Grove, Winchester Cathedral, Don't Think Twice, It's Alright, Red, Red Wine, Can See Clearly Now, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Big Yellow Taxi, Manic Monday.

Other songs: New York, New York, My Way, Rainy Day People, California Blue, Honky Tonk Women , On the Cover of the Rolling Stone.

We'll pick the names of the winners of the electric Cordoba tenor and Enya concert ukuleles during the break. Trivia contest, prizes and refreshments.
