We'll begin with a brief exploration of the infamous "Curse of Macbeth," uncovering its historical and theatrical roots. From there, we'll focus on the play's rich storytelling by analyzing key moments, including Macbeth's haunting dagger soliloquy and the eerie opening scene with the Weird Sisters. Through close reading a discussion, participants will gain deeper insight into Shakespeare's mastery of tension, character, and atmosphere.
