The Attuned Life is a community for people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness.
Through workshops and group discussions, we explore how to attune to yourself: learning what your experiences, patterns, and emotions are trying to communicate so you can grow, heal, and make conscious choices.

Topics include navigating difficult family dynamics, breaking generational patterns, setting healthy boundaries, managing stress and anxiety, and creating meaningful connections with yourself and others.

This is a space for honest exploration, practical tools, and supportive community. It's not therapy, but facilitated by a licensed therapist (LCSW) who understands the complexity of being human.

You should join if you:
• Are working on breaking unhealthy patterns (family, relationships, parenting)
• Want to understand yourself better and develop self-awareness
• Are navigating difficult family dynamics or narcissistic relationships
• Feel isolated and want connection with others doing similar inner work
• Are looking for practical tools and support, not just venting
• Value honesty, growth, and authenticity over quick fixes
• Are stable enough to participate in a group setting (not currently in crisis)

Why join?
Because personal growth doesn’t happen in isolation. You need community, perspective, and practical guidance from someone who’s walked similar paths. These workshops offer a structured, supportive space to learn, practice, and connect, without the high cost or commitment of ongoing individual psychotherapy.
